At TechSG our primary function is to support Small and Medium Sized Business IT systems. We have many years of experience working for a wide range of businesses in London and the surrounding areas. We generally supply support in two different scenarios:

Scenario 1: Your Company Has No In House IT Department

If your company has 3 to 50 PCs and has no in house IT Department we can provide it for you. We will install and configure new networks or work with existing IT systems. We can support, and if necessary supply all the IT hardware and software you need to keep your business running reliably. Scenario 2: Your In-House IT Department Requires Extra Man Power or Expertise

In this scenario your company will have its own in-house it staff and will deal with the day to day support of the system yourselves. In some circumstances you will need extra manpower, perhaps to cover illness or holiday; TechSG can provide you with an appropriately skilled engineer to plug the gaps. Another common situation is the need for a specific skill to setup a new piece of software or hardware that none of your in house staff have; TechSG have skilled qualified staff to deal with the most complicated IT setups.
