TechSG provides IT support contracts for companies with 4 – 50 pc’s who have no in-house IT staff. For clients of this type TechSG normally provides the whole IT requirement under a support contract.
A basic IT Support Contract entitles our clients to all their remote support as and when it is needed on a normal working day basis of 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Our engineers can logon to a user’s personal computer or server from our office and can solve the majority of issues straight away without the need to wait for a site visit.
In the event that you need support we will solve the majority of issues straight away using remote access. If a critical problem occurs that can not be resolved remotely a support contract guarantees our engineers will be on site within 2 or 4 working hours depending on the level of care required. Whether or not there is a charge for a visit to fix a critical issue will also depend on the level of support contract taken.
A support contract may include at least one on site visit from an engineer a month to physically check hardware and servers. This visit can also be used to talk to users to make sure the systems are working correctly and that they have everything they need to work or if they have any requests.
Some contracts we provide are all inclusive. These “all in” contracts cover all day to day IT support, all site visits, all trouble shooting of critical issues and implementation of new systems and technologies. These contracts are designed for clients who prefer to have guaranteed fixed cost IT support.
