An all in IT support contract offers a fixed cost contract to cover every eventuality. Telephone IT support, remote IT support and onsite visits are all included within the monthly fixed fee, so whether we spend 5 hours or 50 hours working on your IT issues the monthly cost is always the same predictable amount.

A Tech Support Group All-In IT Support Contract includes:
• Unlimited 08:00-18:00, 7 Day, Telephone IT Support
• Unlimited 08:00-18:00, 7 Day, Remote IT Support
• All your onsite visits by our engineers
• Guaranteed response times
• Support for all IT Hardware
• Support for all Software
• Remote support for remote user home networks
• Proactive IT network monitoring service
• Onsite and offsite backup monitoring
• Proactive Consultation and advice

Additional IT Services
If needed we can also offer a late night / early morning IT support service, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can also include a weekly or monthly scheduled visit by one of our engineers under the All-In IT support contract.

Remote Support Contract:
A Tech Support Group Remote IT Support contract offers a monthly fixed cost for all your day to day IT support which we provide remotely from our offices. We will install remote software on all your laptops, servers and PCs so we can take control of your IT systems (after a user has consented) from our offices in Westminster. There is very little we can't do remotely and setting up a remote only support contract with Tech Support Group can really help keep your IT Support costs to a minimum. In the event that an engineer is called to site a remote support contract still guarantees fast onsite response times although an hourly callout rate will apply. See our prices for details.

If your IT infrastructure isn't critical to your business or perhaps you are in a serviced office and just don't need much IT Support then you may prefer to use Tech Support Group to support your business on an ad-hoc basis. We can not guarantee our response times for this type of support but we will still provide the same professional service and charge you by the hour.
