Job Title: IT Padawan

Description:
The main focus of the job will be to provide day to day 1st line IT support to a wide range of clients on a wide range of technologies. Experience with Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Office, Apple, Internet Protocol and all the normal IT help desk stuff would be helpful but not vital. An Interest in tech, an aptitude for tech, good English and a positive attitude is vital.
You will also be helping us build up the web presence of Tech Support Group and our subsidiary businesses Bounce Backup (backup consultancy), Clarion VoIP (hosted telecoms) and Cabnumbers.com (look it up!). Experience of html, Wordpress, Drupal, Adobe and web in general would be helpful but not vital. You will be helping run blogs, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages for Tech Support Group and the subsidiaries mentioned above.
You will be based in our office in Westminster but there will also be lots of opportunity to work at clients sites in and around London.

Salary: about £16,000 per annum.
