We act as the Data Controller for informationrelating to our clients, suppliers, and partners.

We only collect information needed to run our business and provide our services. This may include:

- Account and billing information – business address, purchase orders, invoices,     and payment records
- Service-related data – system details, device names, IP addresses, monitoring alerts,     and backup logs
Communication records – helpdesk tickets, call notes, and email history
Security and access data – event logs and authentication data collected as part     of managed cybersecurity services

We do not process consumer or personal data unrelatedto our business activities.

3. HOW WE USE DATA

We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver IT support, monitoring, backup, and cybersecurity services
- Set up and manage client accounts
- Communicate with clients and suppliers
- Maintain and improve service reliability and security

Our processing is based on:

4. SHARING AND DATA PROCESSORS

To deliver our services, we work with trusted third-party partners and platforms for remote monitoring, endpoint security, backups, and automation.

These include well-known providers of:

- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
- Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- Backup and Recovery
- Security reporting and automation tools

All partners are under written data processing agreements and follow strict security and confidentiality standards.

We only share the minimum information required for service delivery.

We never sell or rent data to anyone.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some of our technology partners may process data outside theUnited Kingdom.
Where this happens, we ensure suitable safeguards are in place such as adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or StandardContractual Clauses.

6. DATA RETENTION

We keep information only as long as it’s needed to:
- Provide and support our services
- Meet legal, financial, or audit obligations

When data is no longer needed, it’s securely deleted oranonymised.
