Since 2011, Tech Support Group has acted as the business’s outsourcedIT department, providing day-to-day IT support via our IT Helpdesk, internet connectivity and advanced Wi-Fi networking, Cloud services, including Microsoft365 and hosted VoIP telephony, and strategic consultancy and project support.
Key Project: Full and secure Wi-Fi coverage across four nursery sites
When they selected a new cloud-based nursery management software that would run on tablets, they needed to upgrade the Wi-Fi network across all their sites to ensure it would run reliably. The new Wi-Fi network would need to be secure, easy to manage, and would also need to provide detailed feedback on which devices were connected and from which locations within the various buildings they were connected.
Tech Support Group completed the project to upgrade the wi-fi, which required upgraded internet connections, new CAT6 data cables and 30Wi-Fi 7 access points across 4 sites.
