Pub Group Operator
An acclaimed premium gastro pub and hotel company, operating five pubs in Central London and one hotel and pub in the Cotswolds.
When TSG took on the IT support for the group in March 2024 they were running three pubs with three different IT setups. They needed an IT partner to improve and consolidate their existing IT setup and to prepare them for exciting future expansion plans.
Key Project: IT Consolidation and Modernisation
First we set about migrating the pubs to a single setup with common network infrastructure and fast new Internet connections for each site. We conducted a project to migrate them from three separate Google Workspace tenants on to a single M365 tenant and helped move the EPOS system to Lightspeed at all their sites. Additionally, we consolidated the telephone system at the three original sites.
During this first year they added 3 more pubs/restaurants to their portfolio, and we helped with the design and install phase of the IT and EPoS systems at each site. They now have a modern, secure and cost-effectiveIT system ready for future expansion.
