Tech Support Group was first appointed in 2014 by administrators to manage their IT during a transition of ownership. After the successful sale, the new owners chose to retain our services. Since then, we’ve partnered with the company for more than a decade, providing reliable IT support for the hospitality sector and guiding the business through its journey to modern, cloud-based IT systems.
Key Project: EPoS & Smart Venue Technology
In 2023, following the challenges faced by hospitality businesses during COVID, the company invested in upgrading its technology infrastructure. Tech Support Group delivered full EPoS project management and hands-on engineering to implement a new system across all venues.
As part of this upgrade, we helped design and deploy a network-connected lighting control system for pool tables, snooker tables, and darts boards. This bespoke solution integrates seamlessly with the EPoS and booking systems, helping Rileys deliver a smarter, more efficient, and engaging customer experience.
